He is an accomplished business executive with 30+ years of entrepreneur experience and 11+ years of experience in providing leadership to Shah Global Hazard Control Pvt. Ltd. Sameen Ahmed Khan is the Managing Director and he is also a member of the company’s board of directors and is responsible for providing representation on the operations and legal of Company. He provides over all leadership to the division level management team and is responsible for achieving the expected business plan, financial results of the company while implementing plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives. He was appointed to this role in the year 2010. Sameen Ahmed Khan began his career in 1983 and had traveled to 52 different countries engaging and developing many business profiles.

He is a proactive business professional with 13+ years of multinational construction experience providing operational leadership to the Shah Global Hazard Control Pvt. Ltd. Company. Shanawaz N Khan was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2016 and serves as a member of the management team. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in the portfolio and projects of varying procurement models. He provides leadership to the sales, estimating, and operations teams of the business. Shanawaz N Khan began his career in 2006 and had worked with many multinational firefighting companies and had worked in high profile projects of oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, power and commercial sectors.

Dr. SHANAWAZ NIZAMUDDIN KHAN

Sami Khan (BA) is our Executive Director and the youngest leader of our company. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in USA, Sami has worked in the Health Insurance sector in New York where he was a Client Support Specialist dealing with Fortune 500 companies on a regular basis. He moved to India to take over his family real estate business and streamlined growth and success of various commercial and residential property ventures involved. Sami encompasses strong communication skills and creative instincts that he has used in managing big projects under a short span of time with an applied practical approach. Sami overlooks the daily happenings of our IMPEX division and monitors our sales by supporting and motivating his team, creating effective business plans, meeting with top clients for representing our brands, and also handles the entire marketing for our international brand Milano in India.
